Our thoughts on the test
The Auto Express Best Buy bulb test is always conducted in either the OSRAM or the Philips factory in Germany. This year the test was conducted in the OSRAM factory.
As these bulbs are designed and manufactured in the companies’ own factories and not outsourced, you can be safe in the knowledge that the bulbs are original and manufactured to the highest quality standards. This same guarantee cannot always be placed on other brands, as they are much more likely to outsource their headlight bulbs.
